Veronica is a Consultant of Ronald Tong & Co.  She specialises in corporate and commercial law.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Veronica, was a Senior Associate of the M&A and regulatory compliance team of a leading local law firm specialising in high-value M&A, regulatory compliance and corporate advisory.

 

She has extensive experience in general corporate matters and corporate finance transactions, including cross-border acquisitions and disposals. She has solid experience in drafting commercial agreements, navigating HKEX and SFC regulatory requirements and managing the disclosure obligation of HK-listed issuers.
