Tommy is an Assistant Solicitor of Ronald Tong & Co.

 

His areas of practice are in civil and commercial litigation and intellectual property.  He has assisted in wide range of litigation cases including those involving breach of fiduciary duties, winding-up and bankruptcy proceedings, fraud and tracing claims, personal injuries, judicial review etc.

 

Apart from civil and commercial litigation, he also has experience in handling IP matters in both Hong Kong and other jurisdictions, as well as assisting in management of trademark portfolios.
